You are purchasing a 1990 action figure of Dick Tracy. This is from the Disney movie Dick Tracy and is made by Playmates. The figure measures about 5 inches tall. It comes with all of it's accessories and they are all in mint condition except for a small spot of paint loss on Dick's hat. Not sure if it is a missed spot of paint or is supposed to be that way. Nothing has been removed from the package. The plastic bubble is slightly discolored with s slight crease on the top. There... is some light rippling across the top of the package. There are no dents or cracks. It is securely attached to the package. The package has some light wear around the edges.There is some sticker removal damage by the Y. There is a light crease along the back from the pressure of the plastic bubble on the front. The bottom right corner is wrinkled. Still a nice addition to any collection.
