In very good used condition, this vintage hand-embroidered tea cosy features:
- Domed, hollow shape, designed to be slid over a tea-pot- Embroidery in both sides- Blue colours on white background- Fabric unknown, but its slightly loose weave, rich texture and heavy weight suggests that it is either pure linen or a linen-cotton blend- Scottish hand-embroidery (purchased from an antique shop in Nairn)- Vintage or antique: date unknown - Size 39cm wide x 31cm high- Very good used condi...tion, especially considering that the item is likely to be very old. One tiny mark on one face (please see photos)
