At first I thought they were cracks but I ran my finger in the inside and could not feel a crack. Approximately 4.5 7 inches tall, 4.5 inches at its widest point, 2.25 at it opening. Carefully pack the item and return it. Once safely back in my possession if I find that I did not describe the item properly I will give a 100% refund of the purchase price and initial shipping.
