THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE BUILDING ONLY. ANOTHER BUILDING FROM "BUILDINGS OF THE OLD WEST"   IS THE TOMBSTONE EPITAPH. SINCE 1880, WHEN THE TOMBSTONE EPITAPH FIRST REPORTED ON WYATT EARP, DOC HOLLIDAY AND THE GUNFIGHT AT THE O K CORRAL. THE EPITAPH HAS BEEN A LEADING VOICE DOCUMENTING THE RICH HISTORY OF THE AMERICAN WEST. IT IS MADE OF REVELL 1/8 INCH BIRCH PLYWOOD, 7 1/4 INCHES TALL, 9 1/4 INCHES WIDE, AND 6 INCHES DEEP. THE PAINTING, LETTERING, DETAILING AND DESIGNING A...RE DONE BY HAND AND THE ROOF LIFTS OFF  TO DISPLAY FIGURES. OUR "BUILDINGS OF THE OLD WEST" ARE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE DESIGNER / BUILDER ALLAN ROBERTS AND ALL ARE MARX COMPATIBLE. BACKGROUND AND FIGURES ARE NOT INCLUDED. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
