Our items are generally ingood condition but vintage, everything electronics are untested unless mentionedotherwise.I can't stress enough the importance of taking a goodlook at the picture and ask question if you're not sure. No refund for scratches unless it's a majorglitch that wasn't shown on the pictures. Shipping price are without tracking number for outside Canada, at thelower cost possible for you, dear customers! (But we are in Canada and post is insane...ly expensive here. )Which means by boat sometimes.Depends on where you are, it can take up to 3 months to reach destination. Italso means that if the items did not reach destination, there will be norefunds unfortunately since you always have the possibilities to ask for aninsurance.I ship with Canada Post but if you can have abetter deal on a company of your choosing, you can take care of your shippingand we will arrange a pickup.For items that worth more than 70$ shipping price are higher because of the insurance.If you're a little bit of a gambler and you want a regular shipping at less price you can ask and I will be happy to oblige but ...you need to secify that if you don't receive the item, YOU CAN'T ASK FOR A REFUND. If you want to request a different shipping (trackingnumber, fast shipping, signature, etc.) feel free to ask before paying andwe'll be happy to oblige again. We also do offer combineshipping at a minor cost (sometimes not at all) based on the size and weight. It's always better to ask for estimates before bidding ofcourse.
