Here is an early antique Edison Standard phonograph with new all brass horn, model C reproducer and 2 minute Edison black wax record in excellent restored playing condition . This machine runs very reliably ( Powerful spring motor has been freshly serviced and runs 15 minutes before stopping!) and plays 2 minute cylinder records with very good volume. Recently overhauled motor with new drive belt. Original model C reproducer plays 2 minute wax or Indestructible records with good volume... with reproduction brass horn as can be heard in attached video. Cabinet has 4 new rubber feet and new crank. All other parts are original to machine. Oak cabinet has been carefully refinished but still retains original Edison Standard banner decal, as pictured. Bed plate shows some wear to enamel , with good pin striping as pictured. Carriage arm has shaving setup, without shaver. Overall, an excellent playing machine with no mechanical issues, ready to play and enjoy for many years. Add to your collection or a great start in the antique phonograph hobby. About 20 pounds unpacked. Many other 2 minute records are available on eBay. Avoid disappointment and expensive repairs with other so called "running" machines.
