A beautiful Portable Sterling hallmarked English silver Ciborium / challis by `F.C.S Ltd`, approx. 5 " tall, a stepped pedestal base with twisted rope detail to the lid rim and stem , the wafer carrier box screws onto the chalice , beneath a mounted lid all in a hand beaten arts and crafts design, the height approx 5 " x 2 " .The base / lid ect are all hallmarked for F.C.S Ltd for = Faith Craft Works Ltd .London. Sterling . date letter B = 1937 . Faith Craft Works Ltd are later known ...as Faithcraft / Faith Craft [ a pdf can be downloaded to show their works in various locations ]There are very light signs of use , some wear to the inner gilding but all in keeping with careful use .A good item to display / use add to a collection , .total weight 164 gr , Sold as found .
