This hand-painted picture of the Princess Kathleen is nicely rendered on a wooden frame decorated as a life preserver. It measures approximately 5 1/4" in diameter. The Kathleen ran aground and sank at Lena Point, Alaska in 1952. Lots of pictures to show the condition. There is a vertical line on the right hand side where something dripped on it. It's raised and I think it can come off with a gentle cleaning. The "rope" and the paper backing have some dark spots. Please email with any ...questions.
