These are definitely vintage and they came to me in the mid to late 1990's in a large collection of Dinky, Corgi and other British die-cast vehicles. These were extra troop or cargo covers that I have no idea what vehicles they came from, but I do know they are from the 1950's as everything that came to me in the collection were from that era. See above for condition description. SOLID VG+SOLID VG+ Media Mail: I try to offer Media, when possible for heavier paper goods and rel...ated items, but Media can take up to 30 days, usually more like 7-10 days depending on your distance from Texas. International shipping has gotten expensive, but that is not the fault of eBay sellers. The 8 ounce to 2 pound weight has been lumped together into the same price unlike the old 8-12, 13-16, 17-32 ounce price structure. This 8 ounce to 32 ounce category does mean that at least 2 items [mostly] or more [comic books] can be shipped for one shipping charge. Let me know ahead of time and I will get you a quote as soon as possible [I do work a job, also, so please be patient]. Nearly all challenges can be surmounted through communication. In my mind, the main responsibility of the buyer is TO PAY in a timely manner. But, it is also your responsibility to read a description carefully and examine photos of the item, which I try to provide plenty and I ALWAYS state a condition for the item [I am tired of the "see photos for description" sellers]. Also, familiarize yourself with grading terminology, so that when you receive an item and if it is not within your standard you will know what types of defects are acceptable within the grade I give it. That leaves all other responsibilities to me, as the seller. It is my job to describe the item properly and accurately grade it. Pack it carefully and ship it within 24 business hours. If you buy an item after 8:00 AM on a day I work, then it will be shipped the next available post office day. Added to this, if it is then shipped media it could take a while to get there.
