1959 Scott-Atwater 25 HP toy outboard motor. It appears to be new as the connectors and motor itself show no wear. The box shows a little wear from being in storage. My father has had this since he was a kid, and he doesn't remember it being used. eBay guidelines require an item to be "sealed" so I can't list it as new. It is complete with manual.
