This is an original early war issue Army Air Corps Type B-6high altitude flying helmet. It is generously sheepskin lined. Golden coloredsheepskin. Original Air Corps label indicates this is a size medium. Chinstrap assembly is complete and fully functional. The B-6 was worn by heavybomber crews flying out of England with the 8th Air Forces.
