Other methods (Including Flat Rate Priority) are not always "Track-able" outside the US, and not always "Insurable." Therefore a "LOST" package will only be refundable if the package was sent via Standard Priority Mail - and Insured. Please ask me - and I may be able to offer you another option. Packages to Canada (for instance) are generally OK and SAFE to ship via other cheaper methods.
