Vintage rare Empire Plastic Frisbee.  Empire Plastic became Wham-o.  Frisbee wasn't too happy that Empire Plastic used the name Frisbee on their Flying Disc and they sued Empire Plastic.  So this Flying Disc that says "Frisbee" in the instructions made history and is called Mystery Y.  This disc is faded and is well used.  There are no cracks, but some wrote 1958 in marker in the center.  Not perfect, but a little piece of Flying Disc history.  Please... contact me if you have questions.  Sorry there are no returns.  I do not ship international.  Item will shipped First Class in a bubble mailer.  Thanks for looking.
