A super nice New York City Silver Fire Dept. Badge Blank. No numbers or attachments have been added. I was told these were made in the 1930's by "N.C. Walter Company" They lost their contract to the "Stafford Co." around 1940 & the design was changed. The old unused ones were sold to Bannermanns. Nice high grade unused Old stock Heavy thick pieces.
