This is a very good condition Vintage Set of 1940's Old Maid Playing Cards from Whitman, #2996. This set features the following characters: Sally Swing, Harry Chester, Fannie Fatter, Jack Jocky, Goodie Cook, Doctor Pills, Miss America, Violet Ray, Funny Bones, Homer Runn, Jitter Buggs, Soda Sam, Andy Angler, Willie Woo, Flying Lizzie, Birdie Three, Silly Susan, Betsy Bowler, Fussy Flossie, Seedy Sambo, Honey Pie, and the Old Maid in the original box . Also included is a card with... game directions, and another card advertising Whitman Card Games. These cards are in excellent condition, and the box is also in very good condition-the only blemish on the box is a "25" written in pencil, which I assume is a price, and slight separation of two corners due to age. The cards look like they were rarely played with-comes from a non smoking, non pet home. Will shoip quickly with USPS First Class Mail. Thanks for looking!
