This auction is for one(1) original "Flash Gordon / Jungle Jim" Sunday Comic page from January 7, 1934. This is the first appearance of both of these characters. This page is considered by many to be the most famous sunday page of all featuring the 'End of the World' headline. This page is Full Size (apprx 22" x 14"). It is in pretty good condition with very nice vibrant colors. Except for some chipping in the top and bottom margins, this is an ...exceptional page. No tape or restoration has been applied. As with all Newspaper collectables, careful handling is recommended. (see pics provided).
It will be shipped in cardboard reinforced packaging, Priority postage is quoted. Newspapers and portions of newspapers do not legally qualify for USPS Media Mail shipping.
