A perfect gift!
Vintage STANLEY #77 Mortise Marking Gauge Wood Brass Scribe. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Has Stanley brass mustache and all three brass pins. Bears stamped 3-Line Mark from 1905-1920's:
This is a 3-line mark found inked on boxwood and beech gages, and stamped on rosewood gages (this one is rosewood). It is found on the side of the head on mortise gages, on the side of the bar near the non-point end for marking gages,... and above the bar on the front or back of the head on panel gages.
I have not cleaned this item. It has scratches, a heavy patina, and workshop dust. Please examine photos carefully to determine condition.
