This is a porcelain figurine dated 2003 by Roman, Inc. it is a kneeling angel who is looking down at a sleeping baby in his bassinet.
The body features and hair are a pale skin color. The bow on the bassinet and the bottom of the ruffle, plus the baby's sleeves are a pretty blue. Everything else is white. The figurine is approx. 4 1/8 wide x 3 3/4" tall. The angel's wings are very detailed. This is a very pretty figurine. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
