VERY BRIGHT COLORED AND WELL PRESERVED HIGH GRADE EXAMPLE OF TALES OF SUSPENSE #39 (1ST APPEARANCE OF IRON MAN) SIGNED BY STAN LEE!!!. HOLY GRAIL MEGA KEY MARVEL ISSUE THAT WILL ONLY APPRECIATE IN VALUE.
Kept it in dry storage for years until grading.

It has been graded 7.5 VF-
Super bright colors, corners are pretty SHARP with minor wear, and very straight edges and virtually NO chip...ping. NO large folds or creasing anywhere on cover, it shows BEAUTIFULLY. Back cover is bright, NO marks. Spine has NO rollover as shown (staples still firmly attached). Inside has OFF WHITE pages, all nice and very legible. Lays perfectly flat. SUPER CLEAN due to beautiful cover! GO FIND ANOTHER ONE THIS NICE!
I've seen similar examples sell in the $7500-10000 range in the past so i'm pricing this one very fairly for a book that you would think looks beautifully presentable and in one piece with good colors!
These make a great holiday gift to a fan or loved one. Priced very fairly for a rare piece, key piece of Silver age history only to appreciate in value as Marvel and DC Studios keeps pushing out movies.
