Ceramic Bloomer Girl Planter - cute kitschy Southern Belle missing her umbrella. Her dress is decorated with flowers. She is also wearing a black hat with flowers and it is tied around her neck. She is done in a glossy finish. Her maker is unknown but she looks like she could be Napco or Norcrest. She does have a couple small flea bite chips on the back of her dress. She measures 5 1/4 inches tall.
