Up f...or auction is a beautiful STERLING SILVER 8" James Wyeth "ALONG THE BRANDYWINE" Collector's Plate. It's beautifully etched by The Franklin Mint and is LIMITED EDITION #3274. This is James Wyeth's first collector's plate. It comes in it's original display box that looks like a very nice book when on your bookshelf. He created one collector's plate a year from 1972 to 1976. Each one is serially numbered. The plate & the book are both in excellent to mint condition having spent most of their lives in a glass fronted book case. I'm the original owner, my parents purchased this as a gift for me at the Wyeth art gallery outside Philadelphia. The plate measures 8" and weighs about 200 Grams of .925 Sterling Silver. Book display measures 10 & 1/4" L x 2" W x 10 & 1/4" H. ***Note that in some of the pictures there are dark spots but that is because of the reflection of the ceiling fan blades, the plate etching is clear with no such issues*** PayPal Only
