PA German Fraktur Baptism Certificate. Framed behind glass with a brown wood frame.
Certificate congratulates Levy Stanbaugh on his baptism.
Dated 1865 in York County Pennsylvania.Writing is done in black ink that has faded to a light gray- still legible, but light.
Pretty watercolors have been hand applied to the printed certificate. Bright reds and yellows have been used.
Wire on reverse for easy display.Appears to have been framed in York PA at Artistic Edges....r>Excellent condition piece- a few chips to the top pf the paper as shown but otherwise complete and bold!
