Vintage Vertical Brass Letter Box Plate with Door Knocker. Probably of late 60’s age.

This item is in unpolished state, so may clean a little brighter with brass cleaning fluid. Fits perfectly between vertical glass panels of our Victorian front door which we are overhauling and therefore now forces sale.
2nr bolts used to attach item to door. Spring loaded closure mechanism snaps letter plat...e closed, but it is not perfectly flush to frame. Item would be complimented by an internal vertical letter tidy.
Unique design. Haven’t seen anything like it online.
