Complete 48-page (40, plus 8-page Ruth section) August 25, 1948 Sporting News newspaper with a wealth of baseball coverage in the main section and an 8-page tribute to Babe Ruth who had died on August 16 at 53 years old.
Some handling at the edges and some short blank margin tears, but overall nice. Some toning on the front.
