This is a cute miniature ceramic salt & pepper set made by Arcadia Ceramics. It is of a grey cat licking his paw with a pan filled with milk. The pan measure about 1 3/4" long and the cat is about 1 1/2" tall. They are both in Very Good, gently used condition with NO chips, cracks or breaks. They do have crazing which is common for these older figures. One thing I see to mention is the pan has a scratch in the gold paint near the handle. (See last photo).
