WORKING PAIR OF No.10 HOLLOW & ROUND MOLDING PLANES. 3/4" Irons.Made by A. Howland & Co, which operated in Auburn, New York from 1869 to 1874. These planes were made by convict labor in the New York Prison in Auburn, which was the practice of many plane making companies there in the 19th century, including the more famous Auburn Tool Company. This pair of hollows and rounds has very little wear, little rust on the irons, and would make terrific user planes for any unplugge...d woodworker. Condition is "Used".
