SIMPLY SUPERB WRIST WATCH with ultra rare superior grade 19 JEWELS PATEK PHILIPPE & CO GENEVE CHRONOMETER MOVEMENT MANUFACTURED IN 1885 - new stainless steel case with crystal back in excellent condition - stem wound and stem set, the diameter is only 36 milimeters without crown and lugs - perfect size to wear, flawless original enamel dial with arabic numerals in perfect condition - please see pictures, signed PATEK PHILIPPE & Cie and TIFFANY & CO, original blued steel hands, ultra rare very early highest grade rhodiumed and stripe decorated chronometer movement made by PATEK PHILIPPE & CO GENEVA on special order for TIFFANY & CO NEW YORK, very early serial number 70474 dates it to 1885, 19 jewels, wolfteeths winding wheels, big gold screw compensating balance wheel, counter poised lever, fine adjusting device, blued hairspring, ruby endstone on balance and escape wheel, the watch was originally conceived as a pocket watch and then worn as this awesome wrist watch, it is in excellent running condition and has just been serviced by a master watchmaker and expert witness on watches at court !!!
