Could this be super RARE or mislabeled by pcgs? Only 46 in its total population.
Note that these coins should be SP69 and not MS69s in PCGS HOLDERS like the 2017. While most of the ms69 out there come with some kind of marks on the obverse or the reverse this one doesnt, why they give it a 69 its because there is a little mark on the rim below the W and below the 2020 there is something that looks like it touched plastic or another coin but doesnt seem to be a scratch.
