Available is this Ultra Rare Philippe Starck for Driade circa 1988 "LOLA MUNDO" Table/Chair . Its in excellent preowned condition and looks to have been probably used primarily as a display piece... Only the slightest signs ...of age appropriate use......Designed by the famous French designer Philippe Starck in 1988 for Driade, the Lola Mundo is an iconic creation from Starck and one if his most famous release. Besides its extremely decorative design, it can subtily be used either as a side table or a chair. In my opinion it is a pure art.This rare Lola Mundo is a unique opportunity to have a masterpiece from Starck from his early releases and when he was still very creative. Extremely decorative. You cant go wrong with this timeless piece of art.Material: Made of cast contemporary aluminum legs, ashwood with very soft ebony finish, black colored chromium-plated steel hinges, and light pinkish colored rubber studs. Stands 19" tall in the closed "Table" position.
