This is a beautiful variegated monstera adansonii ! This plant is showing an abundance of white and green with one all mint leaf and one all white leaf as well! As you can see there is also a new leaf unfurling which looks to possibly be an all white leaf as well.
Please note all white leaves are not easy to maintain. The right lighting helps but they tend to bruise and brown even with the best of care, however, t...hey are real show stoppers!
This plant enjoys and grows well in bright indirect light especially LED lighting--no direct sunlight....it will burn.
I will ship this plant depending on your location either Express mail or FedEx overnight in order to minimize stress. I will pack it with the best care possible.....but with this much white it may still brown some...but in no way will it affect the overall health of the plant.
