If you are viewing this auction, you probably know just how rare it is to find a Raw Shaving razor for sale. Raw Shaving quickly gained an excellent reputation for producing some of the best premium DE razors, but are no longer available after the company closed up shop. The combo here up for your consideration includes not only a Raw Shaving RS-10 DE razor, but also two Raw Shaving accessories that are becoming increasingly difficult to find; the RS-26 Shaving Brush and the RS-77 Two-...Tone Leather Travel Case!
First up is the Raw Shaving RS-10 polished stainless steel DE safety razor. This particular specimen was requested with no Raw Shaving logo on the top cap for a super clean look. It includes both mild and aggressive base plates. The mild base plate is the only one that has seen use, while the aggressive base plate remains unused. The mild base plate and top cap show very minor micro scratches from normal use, but nothing out of the ordinary. I tried my best to capture these in the photos. It pains me to part with this razor, as it is one of the best shavers I have ever used, but it has seen very little use and I can’t justify keeping it along with my other Raw Shaving razor, the RS-18.
Next up is the RS-26 polished stainless steel shaving brush. As you can see, the brush is new and unused. It has never even had a knot set into the handle! The handle does have the Raw Shaving logo laser etched into the bottom of the handle. Also, included are both a badger hair and a synthetic knot to choose from. There is even a package of adhesive so you can mount the knot of your choice yourself. As a side note, I have actually never seen another RS-26 for sale.
Last, and definitely not least is the gorgeous RS-77 two-tone leather travel case. Thus sturdy, handmade leather travel case fits the RS-10 perfectly and rounds out a total Raw Shaving collection! The case has never been used, except for when I placed the RS-10 razor in the case for the photo you see here.
The travel case does include its original box, but the razor and shaving brush do not include their original boxes.
