**You are bidding on an adorable Napco Napcoware Import Japan Planter Head Vase featuring a Clown Head with Large Green Hat – embossed N 275 on the bottom with the original gold and red sticker still attached – measures 5 ½ inches tall, base is 4 by 3 ½ inches, top opening is 3 ¾ by 3 1/8 inches – shows rubbing and paint loss throughout, most are factory flaws. {18487.14620113} I am by no means an expert, so please feel free to ask plenty of questions.
