Up for sale is an original Japanese woodblock print by the talented printmaker Hiroshi Yoshida entitled "Kara in Tomonoura" printed in 1930 self published indicated by the jizuri seal seen top left margin. This print measures approximately 9.75 x 14.75 inches while the sheet measures slightly larger. Depicting a busy waterfront scene multiple men are on their sail boats in front of a row of buildings. The work is titled in pencil low left and hand signed in pencil "Hiroshi Yoshida" low... right. Artist chop mark present low right (in image). Resting in an old thin wood frame measures 17.25 x 22 inches this work has not been examined outside of its frame. The condition of the print shows toning and foxing in need of a good cleaning.
