Up for your consideration is this Vintage KAMAR SCOTTY DOG Scott Terrier Hand Puppet Sample. Retains Original Tag & is 12 inches tall. The fur on the body might be mohair, also made of cotton as noted on tag. Original tag is still attached, on back notes “original sample” & also the name of puppet of Meiji., see photo. Possibly a prototype or salesman sample? Could use combing of the head fur, looks cute ruffled. In great vintage condition.
