History
La Pavoni Spa was founded in Milan in 1905 thanks to Desiderio Pavoni in a little workshop at Via Parini. His first invention was patented by Luigi Bezzera, on 1st September 1902, and gave life to the first espresso coffee machine for bar called "Ideale".
In the 1961, developing an idea by a Milanese artisan, the first electrical machine for domestic use was created. This machine could it to brew espresso coffee and hot drinks, just like the way they were made in the coffee bar.
That machine was called "Europiccola".In 1977, the "Europiccola" was coupled with the new machine, the "Professional", whose boiler enabled to obtain 16 coffees to be made consecutively. This model was equipped with a manometer indicating the boiler pressure.
The history of "Pavoni domestic" is identified with the history of the Europiccola, which inspires all models that will be produced over the decades, from the Professional, of which it is said that a specimen is exposed to the New York MoMA Museum.
The machine was designed in a simple and rational, and in the simplicity there is its perfection and its immutability over time: each component was designed to last and integrate harmoniously with all others.
A short guide to use
Put water in the machine.
Set the switch on.
Do reach the optimum pressure of use .
Enter the desired amount of coffee in the filter.
Grabbing the filter holder for not moving the machine, lift the handle for a few seconds and then lower it (always maintaining the machine by the filter holder).
It repeats the maneuver based on the amount of coffee desired.
And then let the lever in the down position and turn off the machine.
To obtain a greater amount of steam to keep the water level to 2/3
Caution: Always check the water level, in the absence of water resistance will deteriorate.
Breve guida all uso
Mettere l'acqua nella macchina.
Accendere la macchina.
Fare raggiungere la pressione ottimale di utilizzo.
Inserire la dose di caffè desiderata nel filtro.
Afferrando il porta filtro per non fare muovere la macchina, alzare la maniglia per pochi secondi e poi abbassarla (tenendo sempre ferma la macchina afferrando il porta filtro).
Si ripete la manovra in base alla quantità di caffè desiderato.
E poi lascia leva in posizione abbassata e spegnere la macchina.
Per avere una maggiore quantità di vapore tenere il livello dell'acqua a 2/3
Attenzione: Verificare sempre il livello dell'acqua, in caso di assenza di acqua le resistenze si rovinano.
