RARE ANTIQUE SOLID BRASS WALL MOUNT CURVED PADLOCK FOR POOL / BILLIARD CUE & KEY

For auction is a very cool antique wall mount padlock. From what Ive been told, this was a lock from a pool / Billiards hall and the lock would have been mounted on the wall over top of a cue rack to lock up your cue. I dont know for sure if thats the case, but its what i was told. The lock is made of solid brass, and the front panel with the keyhole is hinged to open it like a door. The face is also engraved with the number 2. There is a open end barrel key with this lock. The key is ...steel, not brass and shows rust. I do not know if the key is the original to the lock, but it operates it great. The lock measures 1 5/8 inches wide by 1 7/8 inches deep. The front panel measures 3/4 inch tall.
