Description: Here we have a large 14k yellow gold & multi gemstone love bird pin. The two ruby eyed bird figures are comprised of a pair of large translucent of fine green jadeite (carved on the backs, as well), perched on a branch amid a trio of sapphire & diamond flowers. These sapphires are extremely clear & blue, even better than the pics, with the ultra-white F-G color diamonds at center. There is evidence on the back one of the tail feathers has been repaired & there is some tarnish around the heads of the birds that we can polish off if you want, but most people like to keep the patina. A charming piece!
Because of the fine jadeite jade our auction estimates for this are from $1500 to $2000, yet we offer with NO RESERVE!
