I have recently received negative feedback from a couple of young and inexperienced guys for items taking time to arrive to them, despite my clear statement in all of my listings: that "due to professional business travel most of the week; my items ship late"; ...which may be 10 days or more on average... I travel and have business on both the East and the West coast with my primary core business; I am typically only home on weekends, and ship when I am able. Your items will arrive, just like all the other buyers I have sold to... no need to panic, to get anxious, or to get worried that your items won't get there...
These are toy trains and architecture books; ..reality check; they are not an urgent matter in life, and you are not going to explode if you don't get your hands on them within a week or so... Do not expect my items to arrive "quickly".
The thousand + experienced, professional and reasonable collectors I have dealt with on this site do not mind or have an issue with my policies. I enjoy selling as a hobby when I am home, and have enjoyed the getting to know several of you and your interests in the hobby. Most of you are serious collectors / modelers and enjoy the many rare and out of production items I have and sell for fun, and have responded favorably.

** regarding shipping; unless an order is over $100 for multiple items it does not make sense to provide combined shipping. Last month Ebay increased their fees to me to over 20% of gross, which in addition to Paypals' 8% of gross ; cuts any margins on these items. As it is, these items are listed at 30% to 50% off of MSRP, which is an adequate discount.
While I used to provide combined shipping if buyers requested it, please do not ask unless the order itself is over $100. Ebay's greediness prevents sellers from providing discounts for small orders. It is unfortunate. Thank you again
