I've seen quite a few 1950's Elf figures in various poses but, this one appears to be with his Hiney in the air bending way down as if to sneak a peek off a shelf! About 4" & 1/2 inches in length, his cap appears to be a Christmas Tree shape and his warm smile and skintone along with accents on his collar of real 22kt Gold make this little fellow a real delight for the Collector! Old Japan at the very least! No chips or flaws! A standout for a Holiday Display!
