Original Description:
1983 - 1984 Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie Doll
Wearing authentic CPK outfit, no diaper.  Includes birth certificate/ adoption papers.  Made in OK factory, head mold #3. 
Overall the doll looks nice. Issues to note: 3cm tear at shoulder of one arm, water stain on chest, one hand looks a bit dirty. The water stain was my fault, trying to clean a small spot on chest and when it dried... water stain!
Envelope has some wear "torn open" but certificates looks good. ...
Head looks great, no issues. Overall doll is very clean and smells good.
Stored in smoke free environment.
