This is a lot of bike frame. Elf Double Cross XL with a very large 21 inch top tube (measured from middle of seat post tube to the middle of head tube). Serial number: 069395XL. The ONLY ding is on one of the rear tubes and it's super small. Please see the last pic. Chrome is not perfect, but a good polishing should do the trick. Most of the spots you see on the chrome in the pics are from water when the frame was cleaned. If you are tall this is the one you want. You get the frame, fo...rk, and headset.
