Texas Centennial Commemorative Plate: Mission San JoseFresh from a Dallas estate, this is a commemorative wall plate celebrating the Texas centennial of 1836-1936 by MZ Altohlau Czechoslovakia. This piece has a mark that reads, "Mission San Jose de Aguayo Built 1720." The design is white china with a blue garland, stars, and gold trim border, and images from Texas including the 6 flags and "Texas Under Six Flags 1836-1936." At center is the image of the Mission San Jose and one back th...ere is a summary about it. The plate measures 9 3/4" across. This piece is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with NO nicks, chips, cracks, or deep scratches! Under careful scrutiny you may notice a handful of light scattered scratches on surface or gold dots missing on edge from age and handling. Nothing excessive or distracting!
