You are looking at an old "lingerie" wash board. I have had it for years - just thought it was cute. Never used it but someone did - looks like soap residue in places. Something was secured on the back but is no longer there. Also wash board has a very symmetrical hole in the front - not sure it is part of the design or what - it does not go all the way though. I does line up with one of the holes on the back side. Please see the pictures for the bes...t description.
