Up for sale is ONE (1) vintage (1971) National Panasonic/Technics Japanese made walnut veneered wood skirt for their direct drive turntable Model SL-1100. This piece was an option for these turntables & it is as rare as can be. The example you see for sale in this listing is probably a once in a lifetime offering as it was never used. The owner was a National (Panasonic/Technics) employee that bought this & the SL-1100 from the first batch that was made upin it's introduction. For some reason though he never ended up putting this on the turntable itself, he just stored it away in a climate controlled setting till now.
The terms of this listing (THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO IN A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WHEN CLICKING "BUY-IT-NOW") are as follows:
- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE SHIPPING DETAILS BEFORE BUYING: I only get to the post office once every week or so. You are buying from an individual, not a business so shipping times are usually not quick as I have to grab sold items from storage, pack & then ship. Refunds will not be given after the fact if you failed to read the terms. By clicking on "Buy it Now" you are agreeing to the terms.
- IN THE RARE OCCURENCE THAT YOUR ITEM/PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED: Please make sure to NOT open a case or discard of any packaging. The packaging will be needed in the event that I have to file an insurance claim retain it.
- I can only ship to the Paypal verified address that is attached to your Paypal payment. Requesting to have your item shipped to am andress that is not the one attched to the front details page of the paypal payment is a violation of ebay/paypal policy & will be reported. If USPS does not deliver to your physical shipping address then you must contact me before purchasing.
- Under NO circumstances will I alter/lie about the status & value of an item on a customs form (such as declaring it as a gift or declaring the value for less than what it actually sold for) for a buyer to avoid customs/duties fee's. That is mail fraud & tax evasion. If you contact me asking me to do so i will report you to ebay. Import fees, Duties & Taxes are not included in the item or shipping charges. They are the international buyers responsibility as they are imposed on you by your country. Due to this it is your responsibility to check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional charges will be BEFORE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE.
- Payment options include Paypal & cash in person if picking up.
- If you are local & there is the possibility of drop off/pickup & payment in person please DO NOT send payment until we discuss things.
