Respectfully submitted for your perusal: This bid is for one (1) military surplus “Telegraph Set TG-5-B”in good condition! SERIAL NUMBER ONE! HOWCOOL IS THAT? It also says USMC! These very cool items came out in the 1930’s and were used forshort range communication and can actually communicate full-duplex with acommon ground. It’s nice and small and is a greatdisplay item! What’sincluded: just what you see in thepictures. Conditi...on: No evidence of liquid ingress and no burnt smell. Please refer to the photographs. No damage that I’m aware of that isn’tobvious in the pictures or mentioned in the listing. The hinges could use a little oil. The front clasp doesn’t latch; I think asmall piece of metal is missing or the existing tangs need to be bent. The battery compartment has some rust.
