Apple MacBook Pro A1297 17” 2011 - RARE & AMAZING CONDITION. Condition is "Used". Shipped with UPS insured.
This machine belonged to a family member who no longer uses it, but hardly ever used it since new. See the condition, this thing is near mint.
Battery holds a great charge and hard drive is fast and silent, I can upgrade it to an SSD for additional charge.
Includes Swiss Army carrying case designed for the 17 inch model, and a used Speck hardshell with Apple stickers ...on top.
Sold as seen, great for somebody who needs the gigantic display or wants something affordable and reliable.
The 2011 model technically maxes out with High Sierra, which is installed, but you can use a patch or to run Mojave or Catalina and many people report they have had great success there. I will leave that up to the buyer. This thing can be maxed out with a 2 TB SSD and 16 GB of RAM pretty inexpensively, it would be quite the road warrior’s workhorse.
