This is a really neat OLD Daisy Butter Churn from the 1930's// This model with the red "football" top was the last design that Daisy came out with it, it was the best one so they stopped there.. This has the crank, 4 quart glass container which is in excellent shape, , no chips or cracks, , it bares the Daisy name and made in MO, . I believe the Pat, for this was 1922. The wooden pallets inside still churn and all are in great condition.. If you wish to make your butter the old fashion... way this is the best way to go... otherwise it is a great piece of History and wonderful addition to your vintage/country style kitchen.. There is some minor wearing of the red pain on the "football" as well as the crank. See pictures. I was watching Pawn Stars one night , and even though I own a Pawn Shop I know the show is pretty well set up.. and not like the day in the life of a real Pawn Queen such as myself, ., however, I watched as an older lady brought in the exact Daisy churn., , and Rick bought it for $300.00 I thought what I have the same thing.. but to Rick it was a memorable item plus he made Chummly churn that cream all day long.. lol Mine is not priced as high but it is worth every penny as you are buying a piece of History and who doesn't want those old days back!!Thanks for stopping by and happy hunting!JacquieOwner
