Aclassic children's effect to bring the house down!!Effect:A prop is shown containing 2 houses, and a cut out bunny. The bunny is placedinto his house on the right and told to stay there. Comic by-play ensues as theperformer tilts the house causing the bunny to slide through the visiblepathway to the left house. When the kids now point out that the bunn...y is now inthe left house, the magician tilts the houses back again causing the bunny toslide back to the right and looks in the left house to see the bunny gone. Thebunny slides back and forth and back and forth even peeping out the side of theleft house to the joy of the children. Finally, the magician gets frustratedand opens all the doors to all the houses showing that the bunny has vanishedcompletely and re-appears in a place of the magicians choosing.I have used this for my shows, but it remains in excellent condition Beautifully made out of wood, and the rabbits are resin with easy mechanism of action - great for children'sentertainers!If youwant the best - buy this great quality wood version! At times I have lostmoney on postage costs, if I over estimate postage costs I alwaysrefund.Item Checks
EveryItem I sell is checked extremely carefully before I dispatch. If theitem is not new it is thoroughly checked and ironed or steamed before I ship it out to you.Every inch of any garment sold is checked very carefully. Zips, seams, pockets, linings, buttons, snaps, hems etc etc etc.Itake great care in taking good quality pictures of each and everyitem so what you see is what you get. I do not refund if the Itemdoes not fit you. I put clear and concise measurements on the listingfor you to make sure it fits before buying, ( I have in the past hadpeople damage items themselves and tryto get a refund for an Item) I know that 99.9% of people are honestand it is a shame that a few spoil it!Inthe unlikely situation that I have made a mistake in my auction and Ihave grossly misrepresented an item in the add, then please let meknow.I ama fair individual, and if a mistake has been made goods can bereturned within 3 days of receipt in original condition if agreed.Any later then I shall assume you have changed your mind.(Ihave had people try to return an Item 3 weeks after me sending anitem out)Refundswill be given minus the P&P costs and the buyer is responsiblefor all returning shipping costs.Payment
