You're looking at an excellent condition book which is VERY RARE, hard to find and OUT OF PRINT and fascinating examination of the use and meaning of The Couch in Psychotherapy written by HAROLD STERN, Ph.D.--the book is a collectible FIRST PRINTING and a HARDCOVER with the ORIGINAL DUSTJACKET and is NOT a remainder copy. This book is in excellent condition and the book has slight dustwear on the upper page edge and just slight dings on the spine tips and sparse underlin...ing and margin stars on a few of the pages in the first third of the book but NO other significant imperfections; the dustjacket has a couple of tiny puncture tears on the lower surface of the front cover, slight sunning on the spine end, tiny dings on a couple of the book's opening corners and just light shelfwear otherwise but NO other significant imperfections!
