Apple Studio Display Monitor Graphite LCD 15” Rare Vintage Ice White
The Story: I have kept this beauty in storage for some time after acquiring it. Back in 2001-2004 I was taking a graphics design course (Interactive Media and Design) in High School. I took the course for 3 years for College Prep. Our instructor had this in a separate room from the classroom and I admired it, as for at that time, there was nothing else like it on the market. True Flat screen with DVI ports and st...ill to this day the picture is absolutely stunning. She never used the monitor because she just had brought in a new G4 setup with the matching Monitor. She knew how much I admired it, and in 2004 I was given the award Interactive Media Student of the Year, and after I won the award she brought me into the office and told me I could have it if I wanted it knowing how much I admired it. So from when it was opened I used for a half a year until I purchased one of the 22” Apple Cinema Display Monitors and Power PC Mac. From there I packaged it padded it and Boxed it know that it would be a collectors item some day.A year ago I tested the Monitor and it worked just as the day it was first plugged in. All the parts are extremely securely packaged in anti-static bags. I am including the original power cord along with an extra apple power cord for backup. All parts are original. From the Monitor to the Power Adapter, all parts are in 100% working order. The Monitor raised up and down with securing itself at any level, and rotates just fine. The monitor has 2 rear USB Ports that are up working order. I took detailed pictures of everything and the last picture includes complete specs of the Monitor. The DVI input will work with all the latest Mac setups. So from one graphic designer to another Apple enthusiast, I pass this on. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Happy Bidding!*Note: It was just brought to my attention that there is a crack in the power block at the one end (See picture with the serial number). I took a picture of the end just to get the serial number and didn't even notice it. The crack is cosmetic and it still works with 100% certainty and does not effect operation in any way. The crack has not been re-glued or altered in any way, and there is no separation from the block (Its in one piece and stable). The block was stored separately from the monitor in a heat regulated unit so from my best guess this happened before I received the unit.
